Employment History
6/2007 to Present - Director, Professional Services:
Responsible for all sales support, pilots, proofs of concept and technical solutions for an enterprise software company providing services to both the public and private sectors. Provided core leadership and acted as proposal team lead for bid resulting in a $93 million contract as the winning team for a key government project. Acted as Project Manager, hired and trained replacement Project Manager, and kicked off new 5-year contract to support the new program.

Infoglide Software Corp., 10/2006 to 06/2007
QA Manager and Customer Services Manager: Quality Assurance Lead at a customer site for a project to bring a key subsystem to Initial Operational Test Condition for a major government program (Secure Flight). Coordinated and managed the test effort and the creation of most key contract deliverables. Also assumed duties as Customer Services Manager at company headquarters during the contract period, leading a team of two other employees with responsibility for Customer Support, Documentation and QA during two product releases.
Duties include:
- Testing, verification and test results reporting for a large government program.
- Primary responsibility for key contract deliverables during the Period of Performance. These deliverables were critical since all contract payments were keyed to specified delivery dates.
