About Front Room Enterprises
Front Room Enterprises (occasionally abbreviated to FRE throughout the site) is a small, home-based business based just northwest of Austin, TX.
FRE is a sole proprietorship. The sole proprietor has been in the private sector for over ten years after completing a 24-year career in military service. FRE is the central and overarching business name for a small family of companies and websites that address each business line started by the owner. Some of these business units are not intended to be for-profit endeavors. With so many years of experience, with so many years of travel, using my accumulated writing skills and technical skills to build a third career is an obvious course of action.
About Works
Who? The webmaster still has a wonderful day job as the Director of Professional Services for an Austin software company. He hopes to augment these endeavors with a career as a freelance writer with many works already beginning to appear on the web.
What? Front Room Enterprises is home base for the webmaster's business activities.
When?
Front Room Enterprises was founded in 2005 and became active in 2006. The webmaster has maintained an opinion site at IMNSHO.com since 2000.
Where?
Front Room Enterprises is located a little northwest of Austin. It is also located at http://front-room.net in cyberspace.
How?
Front Room Enterprises exists because of pure luck. Luck is that place where preparation meets opportunity.
